Additional License Terms and Conditions for On-line Courses at Christian-Leadership.org

1.       General

We are One Another Ministries, The White House, marquis Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS12 4PR or our successor organisation.  One Another Ministries is a Chraitable Incorportade Organisation registered in England Wales, Charity Registration Number 1153662.  Claybury International is a ministry of One Another Ministries.

Our courses are hosted at http://christian-leadership.org website (the Website) and may be accessed via internet browser across the internet. It is your responsibility to provide any necessary computer equipment and programs that are required to use the courses on-line and download any course materials.

2.       License

By your registering for and joining courses at the Website we agree to grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to access the Website and use the courses we provide subject to these terms and conditions.

You are permitted to access the website and use the courses and associated course materials provided by us, for your own personal, private study. You may make hard copies of the course for this purpose and may make and retain soft copies of downloadable course materials, provided that you do not allow other people to use them.

You may be required to pay a fee to access and use a course. For the avoidance of doubt these terms and conditions apply equally to courses and materials provided free of charge and courses and materials for which a fee is charged.

Please note that when using our courses you are responsible for any charges incurred with your internet or network provider

This license is additional to any legal notice that may appear on our website and our main Terms and Conditions , eBook licence and Privacy Policy.

3.       Enrolment and Access

Access to  the Works is available via the web site and enrollment is not reuired

4.       Ownership of Works

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website, courses and course materials (the Works) are and shall remain our property or the property of our licensors and that these terms and conditions do not grant you any right, title or interest in them except the limited rights granted by this license. For the avoidance of doubt this also includes versions of the works translated into other languages whether performed manually or automatically.

You shall not reproduce or modify the Works, apart from language translation necessary for your own personal use,  in any way and shall not publish or distribute them in any form, physical or electronic apart from the limited manner  necessary for your own private study as granted by these terms and conditions.

You may make reference to,  or use limited extracts of the Works  provided that you clearly attribute the source to the copyright holder and refer to the Christian-leadership.org website, providing a hyperlink if the reference is made on-line.

5.       Changes

We reserve the right to change, modify and update the Works at our discretion without notice.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice at our discretion.  You are therefore advised to check them regularly.

6.       Termination

The Agreement between us starts at the time of joining a course on the Website (or your first access to a particular course should registration or joining not be required). For the avoidance of doubt there is separate Agreement between us for each course that you join.

Each individual Agreement is terminated when you complete the course.

The Agreement may be terminated by us at any time with 30 days’ notice for paid-for courses and immediately for free courses.

We will terminate the Agreement immediately without notice if it comes to our attention that you are, or may be, abusing the website or that you are in breach of this Agreement and we reserve the right to block your access to the website.

The terms of the license regarding copyright and IPR of the Works survive indefinitely the termination of the Agreement.

7.       Limitations

Our Website(s) are hosted by a third party and accessed via the internet, consequently we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and access.

We have sought to ensure that  the contents of the Works are correct, relevant and not misleading, however it is possible that the information and materials are out of date, incomplete, inaccurate or have been tampered with by third parties. Consequently we give no warranty regarding their completeness, accuracy or integrity.

8.       General

These terms and conditions take precedence over our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy should they be in conflict.

We shall not be responsible for any breach of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions and any other documents expressly incorporated into our Agreement by reference herein constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding between us relating to the course in question.

You agree that in entering into this Agreement you do not rely on any statement or representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person other than as expressly set out in our Agreement.

If any term set out in these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other terms set out in these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the term in question shall not be affected.

This Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We shall be free to assign our rights and obligations set out in this Agreement.

This Agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the License and is governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose courts shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to all matters arising.
